Originally a Middle Eastern Mythological Monster, Big Mama Cybele and her skull cap city eventually made her way into Roman Mythology. I've done my best to capture her in this piece that I submitted in the National Junior Classical League convention in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. It won fourth place, by the way.
